• Servicing and Maintenance of selected computer systems and ITC devices.
• Assessing and resolving any potential issues.
• Cleaning and lubricating components as needed.
• Performing software updates and system optimizations
• Conducting quality assurance tests to ensure devices are functioning as intended.
• Verifying the status of antivirus software to ensure that it is up-to-date.
• Install pending windows updates and security patches. 

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly ask that all selected devices be placed in their designated areas, as specified by their Head of Department, on the scheduled maintenance day. This ensures easy access for the maintenance team. Proper preparation is crucial to facilitate the timely and organized collection and servicing of the equipment. Following this procedure will help ensure all devices are properly accounted for, allowing maintenance to be completed efficiently.
